Son of French show jumper Marcel Rozier, Olympic team gold medalist at the Montreal Games in 1976, Philippe naturally followed the footsteps of his father. In 1984 he was chosen to represent France at the Olympic Games of Los Angeles at only 20. Unfortunately France did not win any medal but Philippe would soon catch up. In 1987 he ranked second in the World Cup final and won European team Silver which he did again two years later. But one of his best memories is the team Silver medal he won in Den Haag in 1994 alongside Roger-Yves Bost, Eric Navet and Michel Robert. Not only is Philippe a great rider but also a successful coach and selector for the Moroccan show jumping team. The French continues to compete at the highest level and remains a solid asset for the major events to support the national team. For few months now, he has returned to the top level thanks to great horses like Rahotep de Toscane, Quel Chanu and Unpulsion de la Hart.
