According to Ludger Beerbaum, his former mentor, Marco Kutscher is one of the most talented rider he has never seen, a gift he seems to have received at birth. What more shining compliment a rider could ask for ? And since his first steps in the international showjumping world, Marco Kutscher has proven that he is definitely one of the greatest rider of all times. The first outstanding achievement was in 2004. Marco won the individual and team bronze medals at the Olympic Games in Athens with Montender. And the story continues, as the pair win the individual and team gold medals at the European Championships a year later. Since this time, he has won multiple titles, prestigious Grand Prix and participated to a lot of team successes in major events. 14 years riding under the colors of Ludger Beerbaum's stables, Marco Kutscher has decided to become self-employed, and developed, along with his life partner Eva Bitter, his own stables. An enormous step into his career that has proven that he is capable of maintaining his world top rank thanks to prestigious horse like Van Gogh and Cornet's Cristallo and a flawless riding style.
