Piergiorgio Bucci is one of Italy’s highest profile riders, asset of the national team in the major event and an amazing representative of his country in international shows. Among his greatest achievements figure his bronze medal at the Italian Championship of 2002, the silver one in 2007 and the gold one with Varetino in 2008, and the individual and team bronze medal in the Eventing World Championship of 2005.

In 2009 he was part of the team that competed at the European Championships of Windsor and won Italy's first medal at an international championship in 37 years, climbing the second step of the podium with his team. A year later, he decided to transfer to the Netherlands to create his own stable ande develop a new activity of horse trading.

During his career Piergiorgio has appeared three times at the European Championships. In 2015, among numerous rankings in five stars classes, he participates to the victory of the Italian team at the Nations Cup of Lummen with his best horse Casallo Z, but also ranked second of the Grand Prix of Eidhoven with Catwalk Z.
